I'm David Incisi, Automation Engineer and CTO of Grupo Incisi. I build systems, automations and digital solutions that help companies operate better.
From the factory floor
to the digital ecosystem.
I started my technical journey in 2019 in Systems Development at ETEC, but it was hands-on experience that taught me what really matters. I worked at Engemaqui as Production Leader, where I learned that technology without management solves nothing.
At Brico Bread, I built internal tools, created dashboards, developed a website for a subsidiary, and worked with data analysis and digital marketing. Today I'm a Junior Automation Engineer at UniFECAF, where I develop and maintain corporate automations using n8n, APIs and Artificial Intelligence.
I'm also CTO of Grupo Incisi, where I define the technology architecture and strategy of a complete ecosystem of digital solutions. I enjoy hard problems. I enjoy even more when I manage to solve them in a simple way.
Where I came from and where I am.
Responsible for developing, maintaining and evolving corporate automations. Workflow modeling, system integrations, AI-powered document analysis, data processing and optimization of academic and administrative processes. Focus on scalability, reliability and reduction of operational tasks.
Responsible for the technology strategy and architecture of the Grupo Incisi ecosystem. Development of solutions in automation, web, AI, integrations and infrastructure. Definition of technical standards, scalable architectures and processes that ensure quality, security and sustainable growth.
Full management of digital presence: video and image creation, post and caption production, data analysis for strategic insights, metrics tracking, visual materials and support in strategic campaigns.
Development of internal tools, website for a group subsidiary, dashboards and operational automations. Management of packaging R&D for private label clients. Campaign analysis in the Meta ecosystem for strategic insights. Creation and management of video, image and print content.
Strategic management of the production sector with PCP, operation of computerized cutting machines, application of electrical and preventive maintenance knowledge, and operational team leadership. The starting point that proved technology and management go hand in hand.

Grupo Incisi Ecosystem
Architecture and complete development of a 4-site ecosystem with unified visual identity, Astro monorepo, Cloudflare Pages deployment, PT-BR and EN-US i18n, dark mode and custom animations.
UniFECAF Automations
Development of corporate automation flows with n8n for optimizing academic and administrative processes, with AI integrations, internal APIs and document processing.
Brico Bread Internal Tools
Label generation system for stores with standardization and operational efficiency, data analysis dashboards and institutional website for a group subsidiary.
